Las Vegas Realtors - REALTOR®There are over 16,000 licensed Las Vegas realtors selling homes in Clark County. In order to become a realtor a candidate must complete extensive training and must pass a State exam administered by the State of Nevada Real Estate Division. Once licensed, the candidate is then eligible to join the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR). Membership in this association includes concurrent membership in the Nevada Association of Realtors (NVAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The REALTOR® designation is therefore an indication that the real estate salesperson has passed a number of exams and continues to receive ongoing training.
