The Lakes

One of the first and finest "master-planned" communities in Las Vegas, The Lakes offers a variety of homes ranging from townhomes to luxury executive homes. The earliest homes were constructed in the 1980's. Located 20 minutes west of the Las Vegas Strip this community offers easy access to entertainment, golf and fabulous restaurants.

Desert Shores

Desert Shores is a northwest community located near Summerlin. This community borders several man-made lakes and offers a variety of boating and fishing adventures. Yes, the lakes are stocked with fish! A sandy beach, swimming, basketball courts and picnic facilities are featured. Tennis is available at the Desert Shores Racquet Club. The community also offers 8.5 miles of walking trails.

Lake Las Vegas

Lake Las Vegas is a Henderson community located in the southeast area of town. This is clearly the most luxurious community in the valley with homes priced in the millions. The Ritz-Carlton and The Hyatt Regency hotels offer many amenities. Golf is available at the Reflection Bay Golf Club (Jack Nicklaus) and The Falls Golf Club (Tom Weiskopf).

Lake Mead

Less than a half hour from Las Vegas finds you in Boulder City, one of the cleanest and greenest communities in Nevada. While no waterfront real estate exists, homes with stunning views of Lake Mead are available. Lake Mead is a vast waterway extending 60 miles from Boulder City to Overton. The lake was created as a result of the construction of Hoover Dam in the mid 1930's. Three marinas are available in this area; the Las Vegas Bay Marina, Lake Mead Marina, and Callville Bay marina.
