Monaco
Monaco is located on the west side of town at Desert Inn and Buffalo (MLS area 502, zip code 89128). There is also another Monaco subdivision in Lake Las Vegas.
Monaco originally started as a Lewis Homes project but was taken over by KB Home when they bought Lewis. Subdivisions within the community are Diamond, Emerald, Estates and Sapphire
