The real estate industry trains new agents to secure listings and places little emphasis on the buyer. This is a valid approach and without listings I would not have anything to sell. However, concentrating on sellers, and their needs, tend to create a mindset that quite frankly is anti-buyer. Most realtors will work with both buyers and sellers, but their efforts are largely focused on the seller. I am one of a very few exclusive buyer's agents amongst the over 10,000 licensed agents in Las Vegas.
